Temperatures: Avoid keeping your flowers in extreme temperatures. Bring your flowers inside immediately upon arrival. For ideal conditions, please maintain the storage temperature between 38°F and 60°F. The cooler the temperature, the better it is for the flowers. Do not freeze!

We do not deliver on Saturdays,(exceptions call first)Monday, Sunday and National Holidays or the days following such a Holiday.

Please remember that your order comes directly from our farms. Wholesale flowers are delivered in raw state and are meant to be trimmed, clipped and generally swept clean.
Make Sure Someone is Home at the Time of Delivery
Have your flowers sent to a location where someone will be available to accept the shipment immediately.
*All claims must be made within 12 hours of delivery. Please review the return policy on how to make a claim if you are not satisfied with quality of flowers.
Verify Your Order Upon Delivery
When you receive your flowers, open the box and examine the contents carefully. Compare the shipment with your order confirmation to ensure everything is correct. If you have questions, contact us.

Delivery Fees: . Shipping is FREE – Hard Good do not apply. We request all orders to be placed least 2 weeks before the initial delivery date.
When to schedule Delivery: We strongly advise delivery two to three days prior to the wedding or event to allow enough time for the flowers to bloom and the arranging of bouquets. There will be time for redelivery in the rare case of unforeseen situations.
Please ensure someone is present at the time of delivery: If no person is present to accept flowers at the location, FedEx will leave flowers by the door or try delivery next day. No refund or credit will be issued for stolen/non received goods left at door or location where product was dropped at. No quality claims will be accepted for flowers delivered next day due to absence of the person on delivery day. *If you are making a claim please make sure to take pictures and include them in the claim. All claims must be made within 12 hours of delivery and picture must be present.
Whether you place your order yourself or someone else places for you online or with a RWF operator, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details. Please check the confirmation email to confirm the details (Type of Flower, Color, Quantity, Delivery Address and Date) are accurate. Please contact us immediately if there are any errors. RWF is only responsible for details as specified on your confirmation e-mail.
